I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy (BACP)
I have obtained my Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling. During my training, I counselled for a Brain Injury organisation. I am now working for an Independent school in London as a school counsellor and well being staff supervisor.
I offer confidential and ethical counselling to my clients, allowing therapy to be interactive and client centered.
Seeking a counsellor can be an overwhelming experience as I too, have sat in the client's chair. I foster my practice on ensuring that a positive therapeutic relationship between one another is the first step to success.
I offer 1-1 counselling sessions, offering face to face and online sessions. As an Integrative therapist, I work with three core psychological theories:
cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
I have experience of working with a variety of needs, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self harm, suicidal ideation, PTSD, various addictions, identity exploration, trauma, LGBTQ exploration, abuse, anger management, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and empowerment plus many more.
Counselling is not limited to the above

I have been very lucky to have this lady as my therapist. Having Nikita’s help has honestly saved my life, I’m not sure I would be here if I didn’t have her. She somehow makes you feel like you have known her for years and together we have worked through many different interventions to help support my mental health. I got to a point in life where I lost all hope and lost my fight, I really feel counselling has helped me to gain that fight back.
